Should i buy?

Hi i found this in local "ebay"

Problem is model and age, spectrum it shoul be, but korean model? And it´s not in a great shape. Info needed, bacause i´m lookin something to restore. Asked about guitar, and there is no wirtting in neck plate, tremolo is bend master, if i remember right, deluxe.
