I do realise that it was a footballing (or whatever game Superbowl happens to be ) reference and not personally directed at me, I just happen to detest sexist remarks of any kind.

I'm afraid to say that things have been getting a little bit out of hand here recently since I haven't been around much, due to family circumstances, to keep things in check. I have noticed that a few unacceptable comments have been slipping through the net and I hate having to play the heavy in these instances as I have faith in all my members and trust everybody to behave when I'm not here.

Anyway, this little speech isn't aimed at anyone in particular, just a general observation on my part.
