Withholding comment for the moment. I shall allow the listing to speak for itself...

Big friggin' sigh Sad

I think we need to ignore "mainstream" sites like eBay for our Mats fix. It's obvious that there will not be any deals there anymore. Your best bet is Kijiji/CL and the like. Seen a few Spectrums here lately for reasonable money.

i guess we should be 'glad' that so much is unique to Matsumoku guitars or we would be seeing counterfeit westones coming from china next

Makes me sick, these high pricing idiots. Not ALL are 390's or 350's, people of the world!

I came to this conclusion a while ago. There are great deals out there on craigslist but ebay no longer (or few and far between). I think most sellers on ebay are hip to our great guitars and the prices keep going up whereas some people still don't know what they are. Its pretty easy to research the internet though.

But these are asking prices, not selling prices - just because someone asks for a silly amount, doesn't mean it is worth it, or that someone is paying that. If Westies were suddenly selling for vast sums on eBay I could understand why you are starting to hyperventilate but they aren't.
