Prestige 150 serial number
Check out the serial number on this Charcoal 150.
Not the best pictures.

According to the serial no. 1st. one in January '83. Or could it be the first Prestige??
Just realized this should be in the Members Westones section, oops! It's not for sale.

Mine is from 1982
I've got a charcoal Prestige 150 as well, which I bought new in 1982, in fact I still have the receipt. Sorry but it's earlier than yours (2082828)
The forum won't let me post the pictures yet. I will when it let's me.
I am considering selling it (too many guitars) just not got round to yet. I'll post here if I do decide to.

Re: Prestige 150 serial number
Yeah, I've an '82 Prestige 250, was only joking as being the first one.
If you post your pictures to a hosting site, imageshack, photobucket, copy and paste in here.
I'm down Bristol way in october(Keynsham) if that's were you are at judging by your name. I'd be interested in your guitar.

Hi Westbone, I was from Bristol but now I live in Melbourne (the Australian one), so Keynsham is probably not that handy :-)
Anyway, I guess there is still UPS or similar, as I don't expect many people here live in Aus.
Here's a couple of pics. I'll add more. The guitar is completely original been serviced a while ago and I've hardly played it since. It just has one or two minor dings buy is in very good condition overall. Copy and get rid of the spaces below paste link below into your browser. Sorry, it's the best I can do.

I'll let you all know what I decide to do.

Re: Prestige 150 serial number
Oddly. bluebristolian, I shall be returning to Aussie in January, and possibly to Victoria, although our preferred destination is Queensland! There's a few Aussies here and more in the Matt forums, including one bloke who, I'm sure will be more than interested.... let me know if you want to make contact...

Iceman, I got your message. Everything else being equal, you'd get it. I still want to get the best possible price if I sell it.
Cheers.
