Ahhh yours is it? Very nice! Although you may struggle to get what it's worth at the moment, good luck!

Here's hoping! Mind you the prices for anything with 'Matsumoku' in the description seem to be climbing lately! Even mint 1A's can get close to £200! If it doesn't sell I wont be to bothered to be honest as it's going to be one of those sales that will be regretted in years to come!

Re: Thunder III fretless bass
I've watched the Spectrums fall below what I'd consider they're worth; I missed a DX for about £50 because I was out, and no other Westones have done very well just of late...

Re: Thunder III fretless bass
I was a bit surprised at the claim that some Thunder 1A (presumably basses) were going for £200. But, this one is up to £175, and it has some time to go. And it's a "pickup only".

Edit: And the auction doesn't include the case!

A very early example and a lefty, but that was an amazing price!

Weird. But surely the bidding would still be at £100 (to just outbid the second bidder) if it was a normal auction. Has the high bidder been bidding against a reserve? But wouldn't the auction say somewhere that there was a reserve, or does all evidence disappear when the reserve is met?
Edit: Ah, here's the evidence.
CLASSIC WESTONE 1A BASS GUITAR
Reserve met. Buy It Now price is no longer available since bidding has started.
