F/S 2 Pantera x300's

Post  yourmailman on Wed Jun 15, 2011 12:13 am

I have 2 Pantera x300's to sell. One is in excellent condition, the other I would call good condition. I will post pix later tonight when I get home and break out the camera. They are both Candy Apple red. The first one comes in a Westone style case (oblong, but no Westone logo) and the other has a gig-bag.

Entertaining offers here before I list on eBay.

Can you throw some pics up on here? Of both, unless Ice has already snagged the better one!

Sorry YMM, I didn't intend to pour ice water on your post. No

I had misread your intent as "newbie joins to make a quick buck". Embarassed Embarassed

My apologies to you sir.

Looking at ONLY!!!!! (My lovely bride traipses thru here occasionally too, you know). And I ain't sayin' nuthin' till things are in hand from this point forward.

I will admit to trying to ape another legend 'round this forum and may have somewhat suceeded just as of late. Twisted Evil

He is still miles ahead I'm sure, but just keep an eye on the members section for a little while. Wink

Now then..... I recall SOMEONE (a Red Dynasty comes to mind) bemoaning the lack of a Pantera some time back and here we are bogarting this fine young man's post over completely unrelated nonsense.

Shame on us..... put that Dana fling on hold and step up man!!!!!

Post  yourmailman on Fri Jun 17, 2011 9:20 pm

Hey guys, here is a link to the pix of the Panteras and one Corsair. I listed prices, but they are negotiable.

Wow are those nice pics!! I'll ask the obvious question first...

The one with the gig bag is missing most of the trem assembly for the first string. Do you still have the parts that are not present on the guitar??

Yes,

I just grabbed the to take pix. I have the the first string piece for the Bendmaster. The only things missing are the allen wrenches on that one. I took a shot of the back of the one with the case to show that they are still attached on that one.

BTW, the Corsair is in what I would call pristine condition. I can't see any flaws in the finish on that one.

That's welcome news. It is near impossible to find the original parts for those tails. Any issues of note with either of the Panteras to share as well?

Thanks man. Great trio that I can imagine are hard to part with... Sad Crying or Very sad

Very hard to part with, but the economy is hurting me right now.

No issues on any of the guitars that I am aware of.

Oops!

Sorry, I listed it as a Corsair. Upon looking a little closer, it is actually a Spectrum II, model XA1230.

Yeah I kinda figured that too but it seems so many Westone models had transitional examples. Everytime you think you've seen it all.... good to know I hadn't been seeing things.

Thanks for the pics, Tick. I'll see what I can do, although at the moment not looking real promising!

And Ice, the Dana thing is not a fling, it will be a long term commitment. Cool
