Interesting - I have no experience with fretless guitars. But I have read about them and as I recall, rosewood was not the ideal fingerboard choice. I think something harder like ebony is beter.

Well, he does say that the fretboard is " ebonised " rosewood, whatever that means. Suspect

I don't think the rosewood would make for too bad of a fretless guitar since it's common on fretless basses. I just hope that whoever cleans up the poor thing restores it to a natural finish. It will be an interesting finished product to say the least...

I kinda like it. I wouldn't start that project, but it doesn't seem all that hard to finish and ya end up with something unique. I'd love to see someone grab it and finish it and hear the finished project. Won't be me though, I got a project going and and in 'house buying hell' so I'm off the bidding market for a bit.

The fretless neck was definitely done well, so it should be a nice finished product. Sad that it was done at all, but I do wanna see it once finished.

Well yeah, makes chords near impossible unless you have a fanned scale guitar. They're very unique lead guitars though.

I like the primer gray, it's honest. Nothing says "yep, it's a project" like a good sturdy coat of primer gray! Razz Like one of those ghetto looking, half-finished, cheap unpainted body kit Japanese cars I see buzzing like a lawnmower around the city.

It went for £31, must say was tempted but Im getting rid of stuff not looking for another guitar I cant play.
The parts must be worth more than this judging by recent break ups.
