Did you miss me??? Huh? Huh?
Hello chaps!
Yes, I'm back! I've missed you guys heaps (grovel, grovel)!
Seriously though, I'm sorry that I haven't been around very much these past few months but family problems etc., have kept me away - I won't bore you all with the details.
Wow, there have been quite a number of changes here and heaps of new members since I last visited so rather than go through all the posts in the 'Introductions' forum, I just want to say a huge big WELCOME to one and all! Also, congratulations to my mate John for taking over as Admin, good on yer mate!
As for me, aside from the aforementioned hiccups in my daily routine, I have sort of turned into a gardener/smallholder and I am now the proud owner of three Silver Spangled Hamburg bantams, a wildlife pond (complete with frogs, toads and fish) and two greenhouses full of various fruit and veg! The 'Good Life' here I come!
No more Westones added to my collection, unfortunately, but there is always the possibility that I might one day find some extra GAS tokens!
Well, that's about it for now, I'm hoping that I will get a bit of time to myself so that I can come and see what you lot have been getting up to in my absence! So until the next time...
Keep on rockin'!

Love the wisecracks about my chick-a-dees, but these birds ain't for eating - soppy bugger that I am, has got names for them all! They are a sod to tune in though, can't seem to find the machine heads anywhere!
Btw John, what's with the HTML on here, any ideas? It hasn't got owt to do with that daft mac computer of yours, has it?

Welcome back, Poll!
Good luck with the chickens. My uncle used to keep bantams until he got fed up with them attacking (and beating) his guard dogs!
Paul.

Don't you Dare!!!!
Thanks Paul, they must have been really mean Bantams that your uncle had. Mind you, my own dog Brock is pretty scared of my girls too! Having said that, he is scared of his own shadow and my newly acquired kitten had him quaking in his paws!

Re: Did you miss me??? Huh? Huh?
BOO!
I'm still here! I just haven't been logging in of late but that's not to say I haven't been keeping my eyes on you chaps! I see that John (Corsair) is doing a good job though so I have no need to worry!
I just thought I would pop in now, (before I jump in the bath) to let you all know that I'm still alive and haven't been eaten by marauding chickens or anything like that! Before anybody says anything... NO, I'm not going to cook them!!!!!
Oh yes, thanks for the tips about the HTML thingy - I checked all my settings and they are as they should be, but I've still got stupid HTML things grrrrr! Has somebody been mucking about whilst I wasn't looking?
Keep up the good work John and behave yourselves. I hope to be around a bit more than I have been, with a bit of luck!
